What is Delay Repay?
Under National Rail Conditions of Travel, passengers are entitled to compensation when their train is delayed. Delay Repay is the scheme most UK operators use: typically 25% of the single fare for 15–29 minutes, 50% for 30–59 minutes, and 100% for delays of 60 minutes or more.
Wayfare monitors every journey you travel and automatically identifies eligible delays, so you never miss out on money you are owed.
